A buyer can now enter into a written contract with an exclusive Buyer's Agent. That agent represents the buyer in locating property to purchase, assists in evaluating the properties, prepares offers, and negotiates in the best interests of the buyer. The agent's fee is paid in accordance to the written agreement between the agent and the buyer.
