The DeHanas Team is best
known for their numerous home sales in Southern Maryland. In fact, we are the top produceing Team in the state of Maryland. We got there with a lot of hard
work, systems, technology and a very aggressive marketing and advertising program.
One question many home sellers forget to ask during the interview process is "How will you find buyers
for my home?" The basic forms of advertising a home for sale is placing the listing on the Multiple Listing Service, and putting a sign in the yard.
But we don't stop there. We "blanket" our services in many mediums, from local to international publications, cable TV commercials, direct mail,
relocation guides, professional networks and the Internet. We publish our own 'Rachel's Tour of Homes' news paper, which is distributed to over
70,000 households via direct mail, door-to-door, local and regional newspapers, grocery stores, hotels and our own news paper boxes set up throughout
the Southern Maryland region. Our listings are also advertised in local and regional newspapers, Homes and Land magazine, flyers and brochures.
In addition, information will be available on your property 24-hours a day, 7 days a week on our automated 24-Hour Real Estate Information Hotline
(301) 870-8326 or (800) 546-8326.
About the only source we don't advertise
on is a billboard. Or do we? The DeHanas Team provides buyers and sellers using our real estate services with the use of a free moving van,
which features our logos, phone numbers and website address.kind of a moving billboard.
Another source of buyers includes other real estate agents. The Rachel DeHanas Team offers many
incentives to regional agents for showing our listings, including fine dining, gift baskets and beachfront condo vacations.
The DeHanas Team utilizes leading edge, state-of-the-art technology to help
provide better service, a faster sale, and at a higher price. Remember, not all Real Estate Agents are the same. When it's time to sell your home,
ask the Question; "how will you find buyers for my home?" |
